Classification and application of Aluminum Coil （2）

Last week, we talked about the 1000 series and 2000 series aluminum coil, this week we will continue to share the 3000 series and 4000 series coil.


3. 3000 series

The main ingredient of 3000 series aluminum coil is manganese which content is between 1.0-1.5. And it is a better antirust product. The price is higher than the 1000 series, it is a commonly used alloy series which routine use in air conditioners, refrigerators, cars and other wet environment.


 


4. 4000 series

The 4000 series aluminum coil is product with higher silicon composition which is about 4.5-6.0%. It is used in construction materials, machinery parts, forging materials, welding materials, with low melting point, good corrosion resistance, with heat and wear characteristics.
